We've changed all of our bed linen to 100% white Egyptian cotton made from a very high thread count making it pure luxury! All of our beds have brand new 12 tog feather/down duvets and duck feather/down pillows. 

We've also changed all of the beds to be more in keeping with an Edwardian 100 year old house 

 

Beaches specialises in accomodation for professional people, individuals and couples that want to stay in peaceful and comfortable surroundings We're close enough for people to easily access the full facilities of Southend (we're a mile away from The Kursaal) yet far enough away to be in the quieter end of the seafront. Our triple glazing also helps to cut the noise down!

Regrettably we do not have the facilities to accomodate pets.

For the benefit of all of our guests we have a strict No Smoking Policy.

Our rooms are all tastefully decorated and furnished to the highest standards Four of our seven rooms have sea views - two with private balconies overlooking the sea.

We also provide free Broadband internet access from all rooms via wireless connection.
