Beaches is Southend-on-Sea's Premier Guest House, providing a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for all of our guests. 

We are the only Guest House or bed & breakfast in the area to provide our guests with luxurious 100% white Egyptian cotton bed linen (see 'Photos of our rooms' )

Rest and unwind in comfort and style. All rooms are en-suite, stylishly decorated and maintained to the highest standards. All rooms have tea and coffee facilities, clock radio and remote control TV. Ironing facilities and hairdryers are available on request.

We've recently been re-graded by The Quality in Tourism assessors as a Four Star Guest House with Silver Award - the highest rating in the area.

 

There is unrestricted free car parking immediately outside Beaches and a car park for 200 cars is close by.
