Beaches is Southend's Premier Guest House and has been awarded the highest grading in the area – a Four Star with Silver award from the National Tourist Board (Quality in Tourism) and have featured in the Michelin Guide since 2007.

Beaches is ideally situated in a superb position on the seafront at Thorpe Bay, commanding unrivalled Views of the Thames estuary. Whilst we are directly on the seafront we are in the quiet residential area of Thorpe Bay about a mile from the Pier and the centre of Southend.

There is unrestricted free car parking immediately outside Beaches and a car park for 200 cars is within 100m

All rooms are fully en-suite with shower, wash basin and WC, stylishly decorated and maintained to the highest standards. They all have luxurious 100% white Egyptian cotton bed linen, high quality towels, duck feather/down pillows and complementary Pecksniffs toiletries. All bathrooms have been redecorated with floor to ceiling marbled effect tiles and tiled mosaic shower trays.

Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, a clock radio and a flat screen digital TV. Ironing facilities and hairdryers are available on request. We also provide free WiFi internet access.
